Question / Help Hotkeys don't work in CS:GO

So i set new hotkeys for recording etc. and they work on the desktop and in games but in CS:GO for some reason they won't work. I've tried running obs "as administrator" but this doesn't fix it. I also tried changing from full screen to fullscreen windowed and windowed still doesn't work.
