Question / Help Hotkeys are not saving (possible bug)

Hey guys so a TON of my hotkey settings are not saving in OBS. What's weird is that it saves the hotkeys for the scene transitions, but it never remembers hotkeys to turn on and off various things on the screen. Not sure if OBS is simply not able to accomplish this because I have 3 different scenes mapped to the exact same hotkeys. So whenever I press one it is running on all 3 scenes. The hotkey works perfectly fine, but it simply just does not save. I uploaded my log files

same issue, even when I don't have overlapping key settings within a scene collection. Seems inconsistent about when OBS writes the settings to the save file, as some of my older settings (that I've already reset multiple times) seem to stick around now. I'm manually writing them into the setting file for now just so I can be sure they'll be there again after I close the program

Since I run into the same problem that OBS doesn't save the settings when closing, How exactly do you write them manually in the settings file???
