Hotkey-Triggered Recording Fails with 'rtmp_output' Error – Works Fine Manually

Whenever I try to start a screen recording using a hotkey, OBS fails with the error: "Stream output type 'rtmp_output' failed to start!" (from log file) and shows the attached “Failed to start streaming” popup. I’ve tried several different hotkeys to rule out conflicts, but the issue persists. Recording works fine if I use the Start/Stop Recording buttons within the app—this only happens with hotkeys. Drivers are up to date. Any ideas?

Murphy's law - I figured out what's causing the issue shortly after posting the question. I was setting and use streaming hotkeys instead of recording hotkeys. I made the correction and everything is working properly now. :)
