Hot Key to start recording, turns screen "Blue".

I have used the CTRL + A to start recording the "Display Capture". But just today when I use that Hot Key combo, it turns the display screen a shade of Blue. I tried deleting that Hot Key and Reinstall that Hot Key, but it is still happening. Any suggestions on this?

Ctrl+A is common hotkey combination to "select all" action in many applications. Obviously, you need to change this combination in OBS to something else.
