Horrific stutter on video replay.

I'm not trying to stream anything. I'm replaying recordings that I've made with OBS, and the video stutters so badly that it's practically useless. It isn't my setup, because I can make a recording with a different program, replay it and it doesn't drop frames (it has audio issues, but that's a separate problem). Can you see anything in my OBS log that might point to why it's acting this way, and maybe a fix for it?

Hi, thank you very much for getting back to me.

Yes, I've checked all of those items. I'm not trying to record a game simultaneously. My system supports DirectX 10, and I've killed every other program running, even if they don't have anything to do with my graphics card.

The only item that I can find is that I'm using an integrated Intel graphics "card." Again, I'm not trying to run games, but it says that capture cards "might " work. Any way to test this theory?
