Question / Help Horrible Dropped frames, please help?

Hello everyone, hope everyone is having a wonderful day. So basically I have been streaming for a bit and my settings have been tweaked and have always worked and haven't had any issues except the occasional lag here or there.

Starting 2 weeks ago I have started noticed my Kb/s fluctuating a lot but it doesn't effect my game in terms of lag or anything what so ever only OBS. I have reinstalled OBS. I have switched servers, changed bitrate and I am at a loss at the moment.

Here are the logs if someone could please help me, that would be fantastic.

Also if there is anything else I can include please let me know. Thank you

I've already gone through those steps and they haven't solved the issue sadly.
