No matter what I do, audio recorded in OBS Studio distorts horribly. If I crank the AAC bitrate up to the maximum, most of the distortion goes away but I still get frequent drop-outs in the final recording.
OBS Classic recorded this same audio source fine, and so does audacity. Log attached. I made sure the recording bitrate and bitrate of the source match (both the source device & obs are set to 48khz). Maybe OBS's buffer size is too small? But I don't see any way to adjust that. If it were merely buffer size, increasing the AAC bitrate shouldn't help...
