Question / Help Horrible Audio/Video Desync using game capture and/or capture card.

So I've been using OBS for a while. However, I ran into an issue with the old version where if I would use my capture card SC-512N1-L/DVI, my OBS CPU usage would fly up to 100% and stay there until I end the stream. So I decided to try out OBS Studio.

Really enjoying so far, however I'm having 1 really big issue while using game capture and my capture card, there is horrible (5 second) audio/video desync. I cannot for the life of me figure out why it's doing this.

Here is my log: https://gist.github.com/anonymous/bf03b1d0b8641127c377

Having the same issue here, using Elgato HD capture and the webcam becomes delayed sometime during the stream. Using a Logitech C920 as well with a 750ms delay on both the webcam and Microphone audio (to sync with the delayed elgato input). Sometimes there are no issues and sometimes it can be out by a couple of seconds. Longer streams usually have the issue towards the end requiring scene changes/adding removing the webcam.

I can add my logs later but I also get drifting delay / desync all the time when using an elgato HD60 and a c920 on studio.

Okay well I wonder if the issue is between those two devices (or webcam and capture cards in general).

I figured you why OBS was giving me audio/video de-sync on game, desktop, video card sources. It was because my Audio sample rate was set to 44.1khz. Changing it to 48khz fixed my desync issue!
