i5 4670k OC'd to 4ghz capable of 4.4. 1070 gtx 16 gb ram win 10 pro 75mb U/D No matter what I do I can't get stable 720p 30/60. I'm not sure why. Please advise me what to do. Logs are available upon request or any additional specs.
