Hopefully simple fix: Getting OBS to work with FB live

When I start OBS, the webcam works great--but then FB Live can't find my camera.

When I start FB Live first, FB shows my webcam, but then OBS can't find it.

Any help from you darlings out there is appreciated!

After further investigation, I just had to wait a few minutes for FB to catch up. There was just a lag.

That was easy after all.
