Question / Help Hooking Up Surface Pro to PC for OBS Streaming

Hello, I'm an artist that uses Surface Pro to draw on. What I would like to do is hook up my Surface Pro tablet to my PC and stream it through OBS on Twitch. How do I do this? Are there additional hardware that I need in order connect to "see" what I'm drawing on my Surface on my PC? Thanks in advance.

PC Specs:
Windows 7
32 Bit

You would need a capture card to capture the output of the surface, as a surface is just a second PC.

hey i've got the capture card. yet still not working. do you know how can i fix this? it seems like all other consoles like switch, ps3, xbox works.. but the surface pro. nothing. please help
