Hook audio input device, and output its audio to audio output device

Since projector audio output is likely never to be seen, (even though it should theoretically take less than an hour to implement) it would be nice to have a simple program which takes the audio from an audio input device, and sends it to an audio output device. This should theoretically be VERY easy, and would help a lot in many different ways. I have included a visualization as a png.
