Hi,
New to the forum. New to OBS. I'm trying to figure a few things out for a corporate client that is having a company wide presentation in March.
This is my client's annual awards presentation for their employees. It used to be an in-person event but has moved to Zoom this year. We're trying to make it something more than another Zoom call. I will be bringing multiple cameras and audio gear. Everything will be running through a video switcher then outputted to a Blackmagic Web Presenter then into OBS to make the connection to Zoom. There will be about 350 participants.
I need to be able to highlight an individual who is receiving an award, live and on the fly, as well as place a lower third graphic.
For the graphics, I will be making all of them over the next couple of weeks. I'm not sure how to highlight the participant.
I've seen some tutorials on adding Zoom callers to create a panel of sorts by cropping their screen in OBS. Is that the only way? Would I have to do that in advance for each award winner then place them into separate scenes? I don't know if I'll have that much time prior to the presentation or be able to get everyone to dial in early.
I'd appreciate any input.
