Question / Help Higher CPU usage after reinstalling Windows 10

hello before I had to reinstall windows thanks to the BSOD, when I would stream from OBS my CPU was only reading 15-30% usage while streaming, now after I reinstalled my CPU is reading a average of 40-50% usage, what could the problem if there is one?

Hard to say as there are no streaming/recording attempts in that log file. It does look like you should have OBS running on your NVIDIA GPU however. Also 50% usage isn't a big deal if the computer isn't doing anything but running OBS, and will fluctuate based on the content being encoded (e.g. high motion content will drive CPU usage higher than a low motion or static scene).
