Looks like you have a few media sources. Those eat up CPU.
As for encoding lag on quicksync, quicksync hasn't been the best at encoding high resolution video (meaning above 900p), so if you have NVENC or AMD VCE, use that.

I don’t have it NVeNC or AMD VCE, only x264 and quickSync. If I buy one more memory stick 8GB, maybe it will improve the situation with Quicksync
I'd recommend setting the output resolution to 1280x720.
That should take care of the higher resolution overload.
However, you will still get renderlag if you push your graphics to 100%, since OBS needs a little bit of graphics power to composite and render the output.
