Hello all,
Let me know if anyone wants me to post a file log, but......is it solely my ISP that I will start out at 1600/1800 (streaming at a 1550 bitrate) kb/s and then randomly drop to like 700kb/s then spike up to 2500 kb/s? Does anyone else ever have this spike issue?
