Question / Help High Spec PC | Opening OBS drops my FPS -50 from Normal if not lower

I make YT videos and stream on Twitch. All of my settings for each seem to be good and look nice normally. About 2 days ago, each time I just open OBS my frames seem to drop dramatically. I go from 90+ FPS on BF1, with the settings I use, down to 40 FPS when I open the OBS application. Then if I hit record or stream I go down to about 20 FPS. The only things I have open when I record or livestream are Voice Meter (a live microphone editing pass through software), OBS, and the game I'm playing. Voice Meter's CPU usage is 0.5 max normally 0.3 and barely uses any memory either. The CPU usage is insanely high but I have an i7 cpu plus a GTX 1070 so there is no way im getting bottlenecked either.

PC Specs
i7 6700
GTX 1070
8GB Ram
120GB SSD
1TB HDD

Here's my last log.

Switch OBS back to the Direct3D11 renderer and switch BF1 to DX11 mode

I tried both to see if it would help. I was going back and forth and restarting the applications and restarting my PC to properly test the variables.

When you are playing bf1 with obs off, what %load are your cpu's and gpu?

You have a similar system to me and im recording 1440p 60fps with in game fps never dropping below 80fps

With settings on Medium and Motion Blur off at 1080p I get 120 FPS and 75% CPU usage. Only applications open are BF1 and MSI afterburner to display my FPS

What do you think could possibly be wrong with any of my settings? It seems that BF1 is using a ton of CPU but then I open OBS and that eats up a ton as well.

Still not really sure what was wrong but I uninstalled all versions of OBS Classic and Multiplatform that I had plus all of the scenes were deleted and now everything seems to be running well again.
