So I have a few viewers on Twitch who have some apparently horrible computers and they are unable to watch my stream because I stream at the highest possible settings (I use a bitrate of 4350 or something like that). My question is how do I get my stream to give the option of lower quality while the ones who can view the stream at a higher quality? How do I get the option? I even tried to lower my bitrate but the quality was still "too good".
