Question / Help high quality settings for hp EliteBook 8470p laptop.

I own a hp EliteBook 8470p laptop... I record not stream. I am finding difficulty in getting the best quality of the video and getting a good fps. I only record my monitor or window not recording any games presently.


PLease see my laptop specs and tell me what settings should i keep for high quality display capture

Record quality Indistinguishable
Encoding x264 low cpu usage
Format FLV
