Question / Help High quality "Lossless" 444? (Edit: Fixed!)

This is for recording, not streaming.

I want to basically do 'qp=0 profile=high444' but every time i test record i still get the weird colour issues on the edges of objects. I've pretty much tried every setting the in Advanced menu and tried a bunch of different media players VLC, MPV, FFMPLAY, VirtualDub.

Does 444 work and how do i enable it correctly?

Output > Recording > Lossless Quality
Advanced > Video > Color Format I444, Color Space 709, Color Range Full

Seems to have slight color issues, but it's not as bad as your example.
I recommend further tests of color options, maybe go for RGB.

I'm not to sure i have that option. "Lossless Quality" http://i.imgur.com/vx06ZT5.png are you using Classic or Studio?

But i would prefer not to have true lossless but really, really good lossy. The space difference between lossless and virtually (Edit: visually) lossless is massive. that's why i was using qp=0.

The only downside is that i can't get 444 working. :)

I've fixed my issue.

Turns out that qp=0 is a bad command, if you wish to get visually "Lossless" video just change to CFR and put in 0.

I read qp=0 online somewhere, that's why i was using it :)

Use the "Simple" mode and select it as recording preset.
