High-pitched/sped-up audio from Discord and Microphone sources only

Hello,
For the past few weeks I've had this strange bug when recording (I typically do from a from a capture card (Elgato HD60), Nintendo Switch) or streaming that all "voice" sources (microphone/discord) are extremely sped up and pitched upward. The log file is attached below, and an example of the distortion in the audio can be found at the youtube link below (which, I feel I should tag with Crosscode spoilers, despite it not being relevant to the situation...), where at the timestamp I am reading out what the characters are saying onscreen in a normal tone with the audio distortion altering it, while the background music from the capture card remains undistorted.

I have both my microphone and Discord added as audio sources, Discord as an application audio capture and microphone as microphone input. My microphone is a condenser mic(?) of some kind (hand-me-down), and works as normal in other applications such as Discord.
If any other information is needed please let me know. I've tried restarting OBS and removing/replacing the audio sources with no changes.

Any advice as to what could possibly cause this and any fixes would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hey, sorry to semi-necropost (let me know if I should start a new thread), but a complete uninstall/reinstall of OBS fixed it for some time, but it's recurring againand I'm not sure what to do. I can link another log file but I'm not sure what rockbottom meant by their post or the post they linked? I'm not very experienced in audio-video
