Question / Help high ping while streaming

Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-3470 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.60GHz
Graphic card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 660
Ram: 8.00 GB

hey guys when i try to stream with 1500bts i have 150+ ping while streaming [csgo]
and when i use 1200 bts i have 60-80 [this is my stable ping on this game]
