Question / Help High Ping while streaming

hello good evening i am facing a problem which is high lag while streaming usually i have 90 ping while playing but after i start streaming i am having like 250 ping 200 min !!!

my internet upload is 3.5 mb so i cant figer out whats the problem hope u help me out ty

1.Asus ROG STRIX X99 GAMING LGA2011-3, Intel X99, DDR4

2.Intel Core i7 6900K 3.2Ghz 20MB L3 Cache s2011-3.

3.MSI GTX 1080 GAMING X OC 8GB.

4.HyperX FURY 4x16GB DDR4 2400MHz .
