Question / Help high ping when streaming

i got high ping
bitrate is 1900
i tried 1750 i got the same problem

can someone try to help me

+1 mb for the game is not enough?

That upload speed is very low to try and support streaming and gaming, it's not surprising that you're having issues.

You can try the new network code and low latency options in Settings -> Advanced, under network. Leave Bind to IP alone, however.

I also have high ping in game when i turn my stream on. My bitrate is set to 5000kbps. It worked fine until 2 days ago. What do i do?
