Question / Help high ping when straming and playing

hi guys im playing dota2 on my computer , when im not streaming my ping ingame is around 75 witch is good but when i stream and play my ping i around 160 there is anything i can do to lees the ping ?

CPU load? Security software running (antivirus, firewall)? You can try to change your ISP or network tariff plan (up) to see the changes.

Last option: try to buy PCI or PCIx network adapter card and use it instead of the build-in one (better to try before buy).
