Question / Help High Ping & Lag with 5MB Upload and good Hardware

Hey there,

not native english so pls excuse mistakes.

I recently started to stream some games with OBS Studio. Mainly League of Legends and H1Z1.
First of all here is what im dealing with:

also im running a i7-6700K, the ASUS GTX 1070, 16gb of RAM etc.

now the problem:

While streaming League at 30FPS and 3000 Bitrate in OBS i get a almost constant ping of 60 (sometimes 50). furthermore my game lags a bit. im using a 144hz monitor and it feels terrible. if i lower the stream bitrate until i get my usual 24ms ping, the stream looks like .... you now.
so these are my problems. laggy game and high ping

im sure these are common problems. but still i couldnt find a solution on my own so far, so thanks for help :)

The log doesn't show a streaming attempt.
It just shows you using display capture, which should be avoided as much as possible.

It shows a stream that is using excessive bitrate.

And if you're getting below expected quality at 1280x720 30fps 2000kbit, you have excessive expectations.

So what am i doing wring here?

I got a 5mb Upload. So why am i not able to use a 3000 Bitrate Stream ?

I mean, if i lower the Bitrate until i get my usual 24 ms Ping ingame, i land at about 1000 (which does not make any sense at all) and the stream quality also gets really bad

Then you need to complain to your ISP.
