Question / Help High performance hardware setup

I am having difficulty finding out how to upgrade my hardware to support my stream. I use 2-3 iPhones with https://obs.camera at 1080/60 coming into my MacBook Pro. I have 100M up and down dedicated internet but when I try to do 1080/60 the stream is choppy. Is there anything I can buy to make it work better? In the future, I may want to move to 4k/60 so I’m interested in how I might make that shift as well. I like using the OBS app and would like to keep it as part of the solution.

MacBook Pro:

- 2.9 GHz Intel Core i7
- Radeon Pro 560 4096 MB
- Intel HD Graphics 630 1536 MB
