Trying to get into streaming after putting a lot of money into my PC and everything seems fine for the stream EXCEPT my ping does crazy stuff in game (specifically HotS and OW). I normally get 40-50ms but when I stream it goes from 60-250ms. I tested internet speeds several times using multiple sites and I have around 45-50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload. Tested different bitrates and 3500 gets me around 130 average ping, but even using 1000 causes me to get 70-80 ping. I made sure I was on the best Twitch server using the tool off Liquipedia, 30FPS, changed CPU usage, and still cannot figure out how to get a good, playable ping.

EDIT: So apparentely there is a lot choppiness for viewers only when playing Overwatch... heres the log file for that

EDIT 2: Tried again, and it appears to be way better after reducing rez a little, still stuttering sometimes and also gets to 60 ping occasionally
