High GPU usage

Hello. How to solve the problem of such high GPU consumption? Will a complete reinstallation of OBS help in this case?
Everything was fine on the previous stream.
Yesterday I started a stream and noticed drastic FPS drops. I started looking and it turned out that OBS was eating my graphics processor.
With only OBS enabled without streaming, it is around 20%, while with streaming enabled, the values reach up to 75% of GPU consumption.
Can anyone give any advice on how to deal with this?

- i7 11700
- 32gb ddr
- rtx 3070

If someone has the same problem, the solution is to completely remove OBS along with the scenes and the folder from the disk and install it again. Nothing else helps.
