high GPU usage without streaming

Hello friends, recently to be more exact today I noticed that my OBS at idle or very close to idle makes my GPU go to 20 30% usage on Windows 11, this is normal OBS behavior I don't remember anything like that on Windows 10

My hardware

AMD ryzen 5 3600
32 gb DDR4 3600 mhz
RTX 2060 6GB
OBS in M.2 NVME
