High GPU usage and OneNote Written lag

Hopefully you ll be fine
i am using i5 8th gen thinkpad with 16gb of ram with igpu intel uhd 620. I am using obs as screen recorder only at 30fps for math youtube vid. i am facing written lag in onenote. Further i note when obs is launched window desktop manager and obs spike in gpu and consume almost 90%. and machine heat up a lot after 10-15min.
guige me in this regard. thanking you in anticipation

Tweak your encoder settings to something lighter/lesser cpu usage.
Intel iGPU doesn't support your encoding well (at all), so all task belong to your main cpu. So tweak your settings to use less resources.
