Question / Help High Game FPS/ Low Stream and Cam FPS

Specs- AMD-FX-6350 6-Core @3.9Ghz

MSI GTX 1060 6GB

16 GB of Ram 1866

My in game FPS is high but when I try to stream 60FPS @1080p OBS and the stream on twitch really lags can anyone help?

My upload is 40mbps+

Based on the CPU you're using, your computer probably isn't powerful enough. You really need an i7 / Ryzen to encode 1080p60 live. To be sure though, post your OBS log file from a 5 minute or longer attempt.
