Question / Help High Game FPS low OBS FPS

when Im playing games im running at 300 FPS in games like Overwatch in full Ultra settings , but OBS is only showing like 40-20 will be at 60 sometimes but dips down to the 40's randomly , CPU usage sits around only 30-40% and have no "encoding Overload" warnings, and even with FPS in game limited down to like 150 FPS the FPS on OBS still drops from 60 - 20 . Using Game capture

how do you make it with the profile information ? i just followed what https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/please-post-a-log-with-your-issue-heres-how.23074/ this said haha
