Question / Help High Frame Dropping in obs

Hello everyone , my obs was working perfectly before I format my PC and reinstalled windows ,I was streaming at 1080p with 5000 bitrates without any problem ,
When I reinstalled windows I can't stream even at 720p it shows 80% + frame dropping , green bottom goes in red within 5 sec , I unstall and reinstalled old version too but the problem occurs every time , please help me !

My download and upload speed is 40mbps +

Can you confirm your Upload speed is consistent at 40mbps?

What are your computer specs?

What settings are you using for broadcasting?

On your OBS window, bottom right corner, i only see 87 kb/s of transfer. That is WAY below the 5000 you put in.

Is it constant at 87 or does it only do that occasionally?

I downgraded from windows 10 1809 to 1709 then the problem was fixed !

Oh dang, you had Game Mode on in 1809. Turning it off would of fixed it too.

Oh well, glad it is working now :)
