Hello, I haven't had issues in a long time but when I tried to stream today I get 60 fps in game but really low fps in the stream, it happens with any game, with shadowplay or steam overlays on or off, any resolution, and old and new nvidia drivers, nvenc or h264. how do I fix this?

maybe you can understand the log better than I do. thank you

Your FPS is set to 30 in the video tab

hello thank you for your reply. i want to stream at 720p 30fps but when I stream i get 20 fps or 10 fps it randomly spikes around. Even when i'm not actively streaming, with game capture or display capture the game just freezes in obs preview, but i can play it just fine

You are overloading your GPU:

16:04:46.364: Output 'simple_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 313 (24.7%)
16:31:10.278: Output 'simple_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 252 (51.0%)

You need to limit your framerate in-game to give OBS resources to operate.

I just figured that out. Thank you solved!
