Question / Help High FPS in game but low FPS in OBS?

Hi,

So I've been streaming some Minecraft (pretty easy for my system to run at high setting with at least 100 FPS)
But, my live stream had OBS had only been at around 20-30 FPS? I'm only streaming at 1280x720p....

Please help!
