Question / Help High FPS in game but Extremely Choppy Recordings

I am attempting to record Apex Legends and I am getting 150 fps to 200 but when I play back my recording, it's like watching a slide show. I just got an ssd and had to re download obs and now it's not working. Before, on my hdd, I could record perfectly fine. I am not sure why it is not working now. I know it's not hardware's fault because it used to work before. Please help.

Remove monitor capture, and limit ingame fps to 60 (or 120, if your GPU load never goes over 95%).

It didn't work. My GPU is at 50% and it is still stuttering. It didn't used to do this until I upgraded to an ssd.
