Hello there!
im using obs and premiere to record game videos and im wasting lots of time on rendering videos in premiere,
im using CQP 14 in obs studio to record videos and 60Mbps VBR in premiere to render video. is that enough or no?
also my recorded video in obs is 1080p but i upscale videos to 1440p.
is 60Mbps good or i should lower it down?

60Mbps is considerably high - you might as well be rendering lossless at that point. You can easily get away with high quality footage at 12-18Mbps. I'm sure some other forum users have more concrete settings they use, but your best bet is to just do some testing. Keep in mind, no matter how high quality the footage is YouTube will always decompress what you're throwing at them.

Why are you up-scaling the videos instead of just recording at 1440p? Up-scaling will result in blurrier footage.
