Question / Help High end Pc running 240+ fps in games but stream is laggin in only some games

So hey, im running a monster of a Pc and pulling 240+ fps ish in fortnite, smoth stream and all is working fine but when i then change my game to something like Rocket league, overwatch, the game for me is running rly good Fps but for the stream it studders, but only in those games, another problem i have is that my display capture dossent work on my mainscreen after ive open up a game im then forced to use display capture on another screen, im thinking maybe the problem could be that my mainscreen is a 244hz g-sync and my 2/3 screen is just std 60hz, anyways ive been spending around 6-7 hours on this problem and i just cant figure it out since it dossent seem to be a problem on my Pc settings but rather my Obs settings

Use game_capture, not display_capture and make sure, you use a fps limit to avoid GPU loads >90% so OBS can render the scene fast enough.
A log file is needed, to analyze other potential problems.
