I know this is a common problem, but it seems very weird to me. At first I tried it on high settings, 60 fps, veryfast encoding, no down-scaling, etc. but then once the problem happened, i lowered to 720p downscaling, ultrafast encoding, 30 fps and more. It still says I have high encoding. Is my cpu that outdated, or am I doing something else wrong? I'd like to think my cpu is fine, but if not, id upgrade.
