Question / Help High Encoding warning

I've been streaming with my current setup for 6 months no issues so far, however during the past two streams i've noticed that during certain pc games that I stream (overwatch, rainbow six seige) games that have ran perfectly fine in streams before all of a sudden pop up a high encoding warning meanwhile my cpu is doing just fine and while I don't drop frames in obs it stutters on stream.

Any Solutions?
