I been having a high encoding issue. It happens on Classic OBS and on OBS Studio. My livestreams are slow and freeze most of the time while in stream because of this. I am using a laptop while using the xbox one app to stream my console from the pc with OBS. I really need your help. Please can someone help me improve my streams quality and fix this? It's very stressful. I play games like Call Of Duty Infinite Warfare while I stream.

960x540p 60 FPS: (ultrafast)
10:02:46.423: Output 'adv_file_output': Number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 18 (12.2%) **** not enough CPU
10:02:46.423: Output 'adv_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 60 (37.3%) ***** not enough GPU

1440x810p 60FPS: (ultrafast)
10:26:41.491: Output 'adv_stream': Number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 120367846 (88.5%)
10:26:41.491: Output 'adv_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 622 (11.3%)

1440x810p 60 FPS: (veryfast)
11:17:00.669: Output 'adv_stream': Number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 4255655360 (100.4%)
11:17:00.670: Output 'adv_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 281 (10.1%)

1280x720p (no rescaled, as used as canvas) 48 FPS: (faster)
11:19:03.089: Output 'adv_stream': Number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 1130 (474.8%)
11:19:03.089: Output 'adv_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 73 (5.9%)

So, you can try
960x540p 30 FPS and, maybe, superfast. Not more than this.
(Or 25 FPS)

In video settings, change to bicubic rescaling for better quality

You can also, downscale to 480p, 30 FPS

Another option:
Set canvas to 720p, no rescaling needed, 30 FPS (or 25 FPS)
Try first veryfast, then superfast, or ultrafast.
Faster needs a lot of CPU

Maybe you can use QSV (Quicksync) instead of x264 and use your GPU. Maybe not.

Your system is very weak.
