Question / Help high encoding cpu usage warning

So Im streaming using the obs+clr plugins version of obs and while i stream h1z1 using a window capture everything runs smoothly, but when i try streaming games on my xbox using the elgato capture card, i receive the warning high encoding message and my stream begins to skip frames and eventually just freezes all together. I was streaming with the capture card using the 64 bit multiplatform version and never had any issues. Could it have something to do with my settings?

Your computer isn't actually capable of 1080p streaming. Also, you should downscale your webcam.

thanks for the help. I will make the adjustments you recommended and see how that works.

Sorry to post mine here but I have been having the same problem and it's causing major missed frames in my video files even though the game is 100+ fps :/ Tried multiple bitrates

Really? My OBS does keep saying about high encoding lag :/

His is because his processor is weak, yours is not.
