Question / Help High Encoder problem and black screen

I keep getting the high encoder shown up on obs. It wasn't lagging the last couple days until today. Not sure what's happening. Also, I kept getting a black screen when I use window or game capture. Display capture only works. I'm using a Dell Inspiration 5000 Gaming laptop if that helps.

Game capture works now. Still figuring out how to fix the high encoding.

Change to a faster Profile
if this did not work check "Rescale Output" and select 1280x720
