Question / Help High Dropped Frames Problem

Again I am trying to stream at a bitrate of 3500, which my computer should be able to handle but drops a mass amount of frames and Im not sure why.

Dropped frames have to do with your selected streaming ingest server, the route between your computer and it, and your internet connection.

Looks like Seoul 2 is the only server you can reliably stream at 3500kbps to.

I don't understand how a server so far from me shows better results then ones near me...
