Question / Help High CPU usage

OBS says it's using 17% CPU but Task Manager says it's using 50% CPU. Also in Task Manager, there are 12 "cef-bootstrap" tasks running under "obs64".

NZXT H440, ASUS Pro Gaming Z170, i7 6700k, Cryorig R1 Universal, 16GB Ripjaws V 3200 DDR4, Gigabyte G1 GTX 970, Windows 10 Home 64-bit, Western Digital Black 1TB (system), Seagate SSHD 4TB (games), Western Digital Green 1TB (media), AOC AGON AG271QG 27in G-Sync 165Hz IPS, Dell 1024x1280 60Hz, Acer 1024x1280 60Hz, Tt eSports Commander Keyboard & Mouse Combo, Plantronics RIG 500HD, Logitech C920, DBX 376 and Rode NT2A.
 
I didn't think I did, but when I went through to check there were a number of old ones that were hidden in case I used them again, but I haven't used them for a while, so I removed them and that seems to have improved things quite a bit!
