Question / Help High CPU Usage with OBS 21.1.2 only opened

Hi!
On my laptop I used OBS to recordo some videos from a browser page without problem some month ago.
I tried to use OBS today, but I've got very high CPU usage: on the last video on the final result no video and no audio.
So tried to update OBS to the last version (was on 21.1.0 before) and update the NVIDIA drivers, but no changes.
Removed all the settings (I'm in portable mode, so deleted the config folder), now I've got CPU over 90% without do anything with OBS.

On another pc with Windows 10 Pro updated no problems at all.
Can someone help me?

Thank you Harold for answer!
I was sure I had the system up-to-date: I had just launched Windows Update and the Lenovo driver update app yesterday. In neither case did I report the update of the Intel graphics card drivers. By doing the manual update it seems that the problem has been solved.
