High Cpu usage with NDI and OBS studio

My cpu is ultra load 80-100% all time with preset medium fast faster ect..

Bitrates 8000

Stream Pc :

Memory
16gb 2400MHZ

CPU

Are you using Studio Mode (ie two OBS video windows)? if so, stop
Are you using GPU offload for encoding?

hello thx for the response. I'm not use studio mode and i have desactiveted preview, i dont understand why i can't use higher preset, like veryfast or fast whit my setup.

what is GPU offload for encoding ?
