Question / Help High cpu Usage with AMD FX 6300

When i switched to studio i started to have really high cpu usage on game like Rainbow six siege , Wow even on Witcher 3 but before i did not have any problems and obs was using 10-15% of my cpu now its from 30% and above.

one possibility:

lack of RAM ?

Physical Memory: 2047MB Total, 2047MB Free (NOTE: 2 or 4 gigs max is normal for 32bit programs)

at least 8 or 16gb RAM is recommended for streaming, 32gb if your desperate.

It's just a guess.

i usually have have 6 gigs of ram but the problem is the same.
I have try using 32 bit obs and 64 bit obs and still have to much cpu usage
