Question / Help High CPU usage while local recording 1080p/60

Hello! I have a problem with my OBS settings.
While i playing CS:GO and try record game i have a issue.
I got high cpu usage and stop recording.
I don't know why, look at my settings:

Masz zbyt wolny procesor, użyj kodowania karty graficznej, bo teraz używasz x264 a to obciąża twój słaby procesor użyć NVENC.

@Sapiens It's ok, it is my native language so i can understand.

If I use NVENC that some power from graphic card come to decode video, right?

NVENC uses a dedicated chip on the GPU to handle encoding.

So, if I use encode by NVENC i dont get FPS drop, yup?
And what profile with NVENC should i use?
High Quality or High Performance?
Profile: High or Main?
Use 2 band encode?
GPU: 0?
B-frames 2?

Configure your settings according to the guide I linked. Leave the other settings not mentioned in the guide alone.
